This page explains which data is processed when you use the Flora site, and why. We have tried to keep it short and plain.
Who we are
Flora AI Studio. You can reach us through the contact form on the site.
What data do we collect?
- If you fill in the contact form: full name, email, company (optional), topic, your message and your NDA preference.
- Your theme, language and cookie choices, stored in your browser to remember your preferences. These are not sent to our servers.
- Readiness test answers are calculated in your browser only; they are not sent to us or stored.
Why do we use it?
To respond to your call request, contact you if needed and prepare a proposal. We do not add you to marketing lists or sell your data to third parties.
How long do we keep it?
For as long as your request requires and as our legal retention duties demand. If no legal retention duty applies, we delete it when you ask.
Who do we share it with?
Email and hosting providers that deliver form messages, only to the extent needed to provide the service. These providers may be located abroad.
Your rights
For your rights under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), see our data protection notice. If you are in the EU or the UK and the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability through the same channel.
